Anyone signing up to a Level 2 vocational qualification will also have the opportunity to enrol onto Functional Skills qualifications to develop their maths, English and digital skills. In addition, learners can complete employability qualifications for personal development plus you will be assigned a personal tutor to help you stay on track and on target throughout your studies. Work related qualification and skills courses (up to and including Level 2) may be free for learners on unemployment benefits or a low income. A limited Discretional Learner Support Fund may also be available for those on other benefits. For courses at Level 3 or above, you can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
