Free Well Programme
Your mental health is part of you, just like your physical health- we all have it and we all need to take care of it. We understand how learning can make a big difference to the way you feel. Learning in a group will allow you to connect with others in a safe and comfortable environment.
Joining in social activities, like learning, can really help you to feel engaged and boost your mood. We will soon be launching another free programme of courses for people who identify with mild mental health issues (such as stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, divorce, bereavement etc).
These courses aim to develop self-esteem or self-worth, promote friendships, laughter and conversation, address social isolation issues, make you feel part of a team or group and increase motivation. Courses being relaunched soon include:
